JET-TECH ICC has been created to provide accurate Jetting, Needle clip position and Spark Plug for the Dellorto VHSH carburettor used universally in ICC. The user can switch between all the K series and U series needle designs specific to ICC, from a drop-down list. Float weight and height, idle jet and needle jet selection can also be made from drop down lists at the click of a button.

The accuracy of the Pressure, Temperature and Humidity data you enter into your application has a direct bearing on the accuracy of the end result!

JET-TECH provides you with a unique copyright feature that will calibrate your barometer to an absolute accuracy of 0.299% or better. This process provides the perfect Software / Barometer combination and ensures that JET-TECH remains the most accurate Kart Jetting Software money can buy.

'Unlocking' from the main screen, enables Needle Selection from a drop-down list of all K series and U series used in ICC. The user can modify the settings to allow for the different characteristics of each needle, relative to their specific engine/carb combination. In addition, the needle jet and idle jet can be selected, again from drop down lists.

Float weights and float heights (in 1mm increments) can be selected - all from drop down lists and your choice of NGK or Denso plugs can be selected at the click of a button. Up to 5 different configurations/settings can be saved in the Set-up database. So when you change your carb type, carb settings or engine, you can easily recall your optimum set-up for the chosen combination thus maintaining maximum performance with the click of a button.

Because the Dellorto range of carburettors are a mass produced item, no two will Flow air and fuel exactly the same and whilst Jet-Tech ICC will, for 99.9% of carburettors, mirror the performance exactly, it may be that your engine tuner/builder has optimised your engine and/or exhaust pipe in a particular way that requires a different jetting and needle curves to get the maximum power and torque out of your carb and engine combination.

You can now set-up even more accurately how Jet-Tech ICC operates and the jetting answers it gives you for all Air Density values (Temperature, Humidity and Pressure), and adjust the rate of change of main jet and needle clip settings required, relative to changes in Air Density - bearing in mind of course, that for 99.9% of users, it will already be operating exactly how you want it to without any further adjustments being made.
